Concerns: This bounty will cause a tiny performance hit when checking if the player has unlocked the ability to do this every month. But it's insignificant.
Eric's Opinion: I probably should have included this for free, but somehow, it made it to my FBS bounty list. So, I think it's a good candidate for a leftover funds bounty. It'll likely get done if someone throws a single vote or two at it.
