[FIXED]Weight Bug/Exploit in Engine Designer
#1
Ive found a bug in the engine designer that is basically allows an exploit of the weight slider.

In R&D Engine Design
Normally when i change the weight slider it works properly, decreasing the weight of the engine but increasing the cost and time of the project to do so.

Ive found that if i set the length width sliders of the engine in a specific spot, the weight slider doesnt make any change to weight when its moved to max or min.
In order to make it happen:

1. Set Displacement to max
2. Leave the Weight and Width sliders in their starting position
3. Move the Length slider down until you notice a large (1/3) drop in engine weight
4. Try moving the weight slider and you will notice it no longer does anything.

Here is two screenshots to demonstrate

Ive noticed that it can happen at other slider positions, but this is the most visible way of doing it.

So there are two problems with this.
1. There is apparently some small slider movements that can drop your engine weight by 1/2 to 1/3
2. The Weight slider seems to become irrelevant in some cases

Edit:
As a second bug with the weight system, ive noticed another point where a small length slider movement can drop the weight by %30-40 . This is from 120 - 78kg
It doesn't cause the same weight slider problem.
Ive included a SC of the 120kg position.
