I can confirm the same problem.
I know the tutorials are supposed to launch outside of the game, but when you click on them you get that message Sarchez mentioned.

I tried launching them from the folder that Gearcity is installed into and i am able to watch them from there.

I tried using the tutorials from the game, and whenever I click on a tutorial, the whole game screen flashes and reappears and no tutorial video ever launches.

Did you install them when installing the game?

If so which version of windows are you using?

This thread is now invalid, as we're now using a new method for video playback.

If the new method does not work, please create a new thread.
