I think we need an "Are you sure" dialogbox when you end production of something, since you can't reactivate it.

Its a good suggestion.

Ive mentioned similar things for other areas of the game here for the save screen and here for the component designer.
Confirmation popups are needed in a bunch of places by the look of it.
