Description: Currently the game is supposed to center above your HQ, and the zoom level is set to a default number. This bounty would save your previous map location and zoom level. I do believe I had done some work for this in the past maps, but it was broken or overwritten when I added the Base City Map system to the game.

Concerns: I may need to add a button to reset position. The map shouldn't let you screw up anything, but never underestimate the power of users to break the game! Should I save the info to an external file or the save game? Leaning toward the latter since the user could be using different maps.
