[FIXED 2.5.0.2] some minor bugs

I found some small bugs.

1. The manual gears (Gears Manually png) don't level up, even though I'm already making this gearbox and also investing in research.
2. The 3rd gear (Gears 3 Speed png), which I've been producing all the time since the beginning, doesn't level up either.

5. What I also saw is that the improvements freeze at a certain value (engine png). The engines have not increased in size for several years.
6. Engine with Hybrid is not displayed in the Engine list
7. Name of Company shown in the Mega Menu as Number

1,2,5 were related to the same issue which was causing the Research Teams to get stuck.
6) My mistake, I had this backwards. There should be no text for non-hybrids and text for hybrids. Fixed.
