Concerns: This bounty alone creates an exploit because we determine vehicle stats with the marque's skill and image ratings. Players can use a highly-skilled marque to design the vehicle and switch to a low-skilled marque at any time.
Eric's Opinion: People occasionally make mistakes when creating designs. I can't blame them for how poorly the UI turned out. This bounty will let players switch marques of vehicles after they've been designed. This is an often requested feature, but it does open the doors to exploitation. I will add another bounty to add a fee to the marque changing.
