Description: This bounty adds an airflow spec and slider to the engine design system. The CFMs of the engine will be combined with the compression ratio when calculating engine torque, hp, and RPMs.

Concerns: Generally, there are no cons to increasing head flow. About the only thing we can do is increase costs and complexity.
Eric's Opinion: I'm on the fence for this one. It might be a little too meticulous for the engine designer. But if users really want to get this low level into the engine designer, it won't be too difficult to implement.
