Description: This bounty moves the building construction systems from hardcoded in the game to an external scripting language, Angelscript.
This will allow modders to modify the formulas used to create factories, branches, and other building systems.

Concerns: Unlike the other move to Angelscript bounties, this one won't have performance issues. It's unknown what the new buildings will require.
Eric's Opinion: If we add Angelscript support to the game and the community funds additional buildings, then this is a good bounty to give modders more tools to work with.
