Description: Currently, the game has settings in 3 places, the Main Menu, Office Menu, and the Mega Menu.
This bounty duplicates the Office Menu settings to the Main Menu. Save Game-specific settings, mostly auto-toggles, will remain in the Mega Menu.

Concerns: The office settings do not require a game reboot, but the main menu will say otherwise.
Eric's Opinion: Ideally, we'd put all the settings in 1-2 areas, but I want to keep engine settings that require a game restart away from gameplay settings that do not require a restart. There will be a more expensive ticket to make an all-in-one settings menu accessible in every "room."
