Description: Currently, the game only has engine width and engine length. But engine height is also a major factor in vehicle design. This bounty adds engine height to the game. It also adds a maximum supported height for a chassis.

Concerns: Body shape is the major factor in allowable engine height, not chassis. But we're not going to be able to limit players by body type because of the limited artwork.
Eric's Opinion: This is an important ticket that I should have added earlier in the game but chose not to. Several other bounties in the game require this feature. I have discounted it significantly to get it funded.
