Probably due to the switch to integer IDs?  If you go to Branch -> Distribution, and click the dropdown by "All Vehicle Types", it is alphabetized in 2.0.x, but not in 2.3.x.

Issue fixed. I also fixed the model listing too. And applied the fixes to the mega menu and district systems.
