Run GearCity.exe.

If you have Nvidia graphics, a recent driver upgrade may cause you to need to reset the game's graphic cache using the external settings editor: https://wiki.gearcity.info/doku.php?id=g...ngs_editor

Finally, Windows Defender or any other Antivirus software may have issues with the game files. Please whitelist the game folders in your AV software if applicable.
