I experienced a CTD around turn five or six in a new save, summer 1900. No mods. 2nd Gear branch, v2.6.0.1. Save data since turn 0 was lost, unfortunately. Logs attached.

Try switching to the OpenGL3 renderer. DirectX9 is extremely old and barely supported in modern Windows and newer video cards.

If it still crashes after that, send me the log and the save files.
