[TESTING v2.5.0.2] 2.5.0.1 - Line retooling cost
#1
It seems like something caused my line retooling costs to be extremely high (1967):

I'm not sure why. When I redesigned the factory last it indicated that retooling was supposed to cost at least an order of magnitude less. For reference, this is when creating a new factory from scratch:

Could this be due to upgrading the factory? If so, is it possible to figure out how what the retooling cost increase is for each upgrade button?

So there are a couple issues at play here.

The first is the negative value shown in the line retooling costs. This is a buffer overflow. And that was fixed.

Next was why Zurich is significantly more expensive than Vigo. This is because you did several factory upgrades on Zurich. The line retooling price factors in a few variables, but the main one is the construction costs of the factory. The Upgrade costs is also added to construction costs for the factory. Thus you raised the value of the factory from ~600 Million like in Vigo to well over 4 Billion.

I can't change that with the game. So, what I did was increase the baseline costs, and then reduced the use of the factory value by 75%. This might make it a little too easy though. So I might have to revisit this.

I will add a line retooling estimate to the factory upgrade window. It probably won't be in v2.5.0.2 though. I probably will do it for v2.6.0.0.
