[FIXED 2.5.0.2] v2.0.0.13 - Emissions are a thing on electric engines

I'm getting into Gear City once again, on 2nd Gear, doing my usual thing where I focus on electric things.

Engine Designer: Emissions still effects costs, power, etc, even though electric motors have no emissions no matter what.
   
   

It would be more realistic if this minor bug was fixed.

It was a lot more of a than a minor bug to fix. But I managed to fix it. Changes will be in the v2.5.0.2 update. (Note, your version number was incorrect, as v2.0.0.13 is the base game and does not have emissions.)
