I've been delisted quite a few times. It's quite a balancing rope though to get delisted and then build up enough equity to relist and issue shares.
I've seen it happen in real life, but it takes a couple years. Ideally, we'd add a few different stages of delisting and relisting to the game. Maybe even more realistic dilution options, all of which is probably overkill for the game.
