The first one. You would lose those branches and factories, and would have to build new ones.
I would suggest monitoring their finances and reacquire them if they are about to go out of business.
Were you able to find the district production management in the Mega Menu?
yes - but it did not worked as expected. For Example:
I selected World and set 60.000 as automatic maximum Production (don't know what's the exact translation, the first text-field from down to up). Then there was one factory with a field-value of 60.000. The others are still 0. I tried with Europe - it's the same.
This behavior results in to high shipping costs. I expected that there will be
a) the same limit for all factories if possible
or b) the limit is for wold wide and calculated downward to the needed amount of an area.
Yes, that's the aforementioned bugs. Those have been fixed in the next update.
