The upcoming emission changes should also be displayed in the R&D window and not just as a memo.
It's better when you can design engines for the future and see what emission regulations come into effect

I've added the strictest cves scores for the next 5 years to the report. As I feared it made everything more cramped and difficult to read.

Changes will be in the next update.
