I've noticed this a couple of times in different parts of the game. This particular shot is from the racing department, but it doesn't only appear there. Check out the budget figure in the image.

Yes, known bug, I plan on fixing it for 1.11.

The problem is, it reads three characters in this case '2' '.' '6' then it puts a comma.
you'll also notice you get something with negative numbers as well.

This should be fixed for 1.11

I may have missed a few spots, please let me know if I did!
