I experienced an error when I wanted to go for the Tutorial, particularly when I wanted to make a Chassis.
The version is 2nd Gear v2.6.0.2; it's still normal on Regular GearCity.
The tutorial system is only for regular GearCity. Help buttons and tutorials will be made for 2nd Gear after Milestone #8, because I have no idea what will be in the game until then. It is a significant waste of time to redo tutorials multiple times for pre-Alpha software (which is what the FBS is until new features are no longer added.)
