Hi there,

I am Nicolas, from Argentina, I love the game, one of the better tycoon games out there and I have played many, this is on par with huge games as Football Manager or other big brand games, and I love to play it.

I was wondering, how can I pay the extras for the expansion on GearCity? I truly love the game, I have two jobs currently (own companies) and I cannot play all year but now I might have maybe one or two days of vacation, not even a whole week, and I would love to give another run on the game with more options, my last gameplay last year I ran the jar that other user did, made many excel sheets and had lots of fun breaking records and such.

Maybe you can point me to the place where I can pay for the expansion? if this is bounty only I understand, maybe I can fund a small bounty?

Currently fund raising for the FBS is closed. The entire system was originally designed to mostly give work to my artist based in Ukraine. With me doing a discounted programming bounty or two every milestone while I mostly work on our next game, AeroMogul. However, because of the war in Ukraine, I have had to take over the entire workload to cover for my artist being unable to work.

Unfortunately, almost everything programming wise is discounted in the FBS. And covering the workload it has taken up 50-80% of my time, which has seriously delayed AeroMogul. So, starting a few versions ago, I have put 6-12 month long pauses between fund raising, so I can get some work done on my new game.

Right now, were in one of those periods. The FBS should re-open in about 6 months. At that time, you can contribute and sign up.

There are only 2 more milestones that will be open for contributions. One mid-this year, the other mid-next year. After which the FBS will be closed until my artist can resume working full time. GearCity: 2nd Gear, the expansion that the FBS has mostly funded, will be released for free after that point.
