If a development project takes long enough, you can modify the component while it is still being modified. This seems unintended.

I don't have the game in front of me to try to duplicate it, but essentially, you're saying if it takes more than ~2 years to develop something, the modification UI will let you modify it?

Likely this is because of the new UI. I will have it fixed for the next update.

Yes, the project was originally 24 months iirc, and close to the end this became available.

Fixed this issue. I also fixed the "View Designs" button sticking on if you changed the View Parts window via the upper menu.
