Ability to limit licensing contracts to specific regions (or exclude them). This would prevent sales outside of licensed regions. The default would remain unrestricted.
Basically a brute force non-compete arrangement, so you don't have to sell against your own vehicles if you are using an active design.
A number of possible refinements on this idea, such as time expiry. I'd imagine this would involve a fair amount of tracking.
This might also result in a reduction of the licensing fee if the player is licensing from a company.
