This is my game save file. I encountered the following issues while playing:
1. Chassis Design Requirements issue. When I dragged some of the sliders in Design Focus toward Concerned, the Design Requirements value actually decreased. However, design costs and time both increased.
2. In the buyer rating table, engine smoothness is rated as 1, which caused me to lose too many points.
3. In 1900, I designed the chassis, engine, and gearbox with Department Growth set to 0.5. However, several years later, the Department Skills were not the same—one was 9.5, and the other reached 14.

Came here to post #1 and #2. Adding another save game in case it helps. Playing Second Gear. To replicate the engine smoothness bug, you can check the buyer rating report of my one model in Turin. Similarly, you can go and redesign the one Chassis I have designed, and increase the sliders and watch the design requirement go down. Both bugs have shown up in my last two "proper" save games, so would appear to be present from the start in any fresh game.
