I would like to see a bounty for the Neuron Processing Penalty value, currently 0.95, to be made customizable. 

It would be fun to set this to 0.5 or less and see if I can still compete.

Sounds like a good one.

I think also some of the trim penalties would help out balancing a bit too. The AI doesn't do it, and trims can become a bit of an exploit.

I actually have a suggestion for that too, which I will make in a separate thread.
