As in the title, the option to use DOHC is mysteriously missing:

Even though I have made a previous engine that utilized DOHC:

As mentioned on IRC, and a reminder to myself, this is a result of skill level dropping after spinning off or buying companies.

I'll take a look at it for the next update.

Issue is fixed, the changes will be in the next update.
