Description: This bounty adds a set of 10 action memos focused on suing your competitors, suppliers, and dealers. It also includes action memos where they will sue you.
These lawsuits range from patent disputes, contract breaches, trademark violations, etc.
These lawsuits are semi-random, in that the main driver is random, but you have an influence on generation and results by actions you took.

Concerns: The hardcoded action event code is cumbersome and messy. It would be nice if we could move this stuff to an external scripting language.
