Description: This bounty adds summary information at the footer of tables. For example, it will sum all the data in the column into the footer.
We'll go through each report and add the system to where it makes sense.

Concerns: This bounty will likely require us to upgrade the datatables library that we're using. There is a high probability this bounty will introduce bugs. The tables will probably break in the 32-bit builds. Finally, I am not sure if filtering the list will cause the footers to recalculate. That is something I will have to play with.
Eric's Opinion: If I can implement this bounty without flaws, then it's a good quality of life addition to the game/reports.
