Description: This bounty adds a new game starting option that allows you to adjust the tax rates. The adjustment will apply as a modifer on the base tax rates in the game. You'll be able to adjust them from 0 to 3x their base values. We'll cap the maximum tax rate to 95%.

Concerns: If we add more tax rates to the game, we'll probably need to make taxes their own starting option tab and then have a slider for each type of tax. If that were to happen, then I am not charging enough for this bounty.
Eric's Opinion: This was a requested item. It makes sense as a starting game option. Anything that adds more difficulty to the game is great in my book!
