Description: This bounty calculates the vehicle's center of gravity based on the vehicle height, drivetrain, engine dimension, engine weight, gearbox weight, and gearbox location (if funded in #75 or #76).
We will use the center of gravity spec for braking and handling spec calculations.

Concerns: The calculations will never be entirely correct. Effects on ratings might not be worth the effort.
Eric's Opinion: Center of gravity does affect vehicle performance, particularly handling and braking characteristics. This bounty adds them to the game, but it might not have much of an impact in the grand scheme of things. I leave it up to the community if you want this feature.
