Description: This bounty adds model and component comparison systems to RnD. Specifically, you'll be able to access these reports via the Licensing/Outsourcing system and the View Components windows.

Concerns: Working the button to open these reports might result in buttons that the player has trouble seeing, much like the dynamic chart buttons.
Eric's Opinion: There is a valid argument to allow players to compare components from the licensing system. Because of the bounties this bounty requires, we should be able to do that with minimal issues.
