Description: This bounty adds a "Submit to All" button in the contract system. The purpose of this button is to automatically submit all your designs to all contracts where the designs would be profitable.
We will place an additional gear icon button next to the "Sub to All" button allowing you to customize the margin over the unit price you want to charge for price submission bids.

Concerns: Players might have trouble finding the button that allows you to change the margin rate.
Allowing the players to flood the contract system with bids is a bit of a cop-out. But many players do it, so this will save them some time.
Eric's Opinion: Some players like to throw everything at the wall in the contracting system. This is a quality of life bounty for those players.
