Hello, is it possible to move your Headquarter between cities? At least for the Player? Im playing the 1900 Scenario and think about moving from Berlin to Frankfurt at least after WW2.

Nope, currently it is not possible. Probably won't be either.
The good news is however, there is no cold war relations in the game. (Was a bit too much data finding out which countries hate each other and what have you.) So you'll still be able to sell globally from Berlin, although Berlin growth rates will not be as good as Frankfurt's...
