hi i start the game and go to play i can do everything but when i designe my car i select tyres and mody parts it crashes the game

You are playing the open beta however correct? The hot fix should correct the issue because your log is saying that you are missing a file that is missing in the torrent file. The hotfix should comment out that needed file. If you modified your components.xml file that could cause it not to overwrite.
Also after installing the Hotfix you will need to start a new game, as changes will not be applied to old save games.
ha ok i try with a old save im playing the beta that was in here to try the game txs
The beta is about a month behind, but it's still fun.
