In one turn if you retool branches and then try to retool again it will show cost below 0 after changing the position of scrollbar and if you push ok, next turn profits will be around -4 billions.

This bug along with a few others have been fixed.
The upcoming all in one controller should bring some changes to the calc system. Smile
