CTD when creating a game
#2
How long ago was the last time you played? And have you changed any hardware since then?

Both of the following will delete your save games, if you want to back up your save games, do this:
1) Open the main game folder folder: http://wiki.gearcity.info/lib/exe/detail...folder.gif
2) Go into the GearCity folder, and then copy and paste the SaveGame folder to your desktop.

First thing you can try is clearing the in game cache, open up the Settings Editor: http://wiki.gearcity.info/lib/exe/fetch....ditor2.png , and then choose "Clear Cache/Savegames" this will delete all the save games and cache data. You then need to verify game cache in steam: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_arti...-QEUH-3335

If that doesn't work, try doing a clean install.
1) Open the main game folder folder: http://wiki.gearcity.info/lib/exe/detail...folder.gif
2) This is Optional, if you want to back up your save games, go into the GearCity folder, and then copy and paste the SaveGame folder to your desktop. Return back to the main folder.
3) Return to Steam, while leaving the folder open.
4) Uninstall the game.
5) When the game is finished uninstalling, delete everything that remains in the main game folder.
6) Reboot the computer
7) Reinstall the game.
8) If you did #2, copy and paste the old save game folder over top of the new save game folder. You will have to do #1 again.
