I've noticed that the swing axle seems to be the highest performance suspension type in the game, even better than McPherson Strut or Double Wishbone. Is this a display bug or is the swing axle actually that good?

Swing axles are good for their time. But yes, you are correct. It is a typo! 1.4 belongs in the Magnetorheological!
