Easier to use memo system

At the moment, its pretty hard to understand what is going on and things get missed.

I think it should be dual screened, messages on one side and the actual messages displayed. At the end of the turn, the memo system should pop up with a few key things:

- Important things that already illuminate the memo board
- Sales Numbers
- Finances

The bottom two could be implemented across into the memo system from the existing reports. Having them in one place will be handy to reducing the amount of time the players spends clicking through the game to find pertinent info. By having it in the memo system at the start of the turn, the player can plan out what they are going to do in the turn.

Basically, have the information come to the player.

I missed replying to this thread. Have you seen the end turn report system?

You can automatically pin reports to popup at the start of a turn, customized anyway you like with the user generated reports.


I believe the memo system is more for news, not data.
