There are plans to released premade cars, however not all the car artwork is finished. We're still waiting on grills and a few other bits and pieces. When we get these, we'll work in a premade system.
That being said, as mentioned in this thread, you don't need to design the car bodies, just selected a base model and then hit finished. There will be some minor points removed from your ratings, but it is not 100% necessary.
