[FIXED]Electric Cylinder Description Error - Uses 16 Cylinder Description

As you can see, when selecting an Electric Cylinder, you get a description for a 16 cylinder engine.

Easy to check, by starting a game on Easy and going to Electric and select the only cylinder option...but before going on to select fuel or induction, you'll see the error.
