Started a new game on Hard difficulty so it then brought me to the map screen to pick starting location. However I exited to OS so i could change the mouse sensitivity setting (there should be an exit to main menu option btw, would be easier). Opened up the game and went to load my hard save game and it crashed.
Also when i pressed menu on the "select start location" map screen the "Exit to OS" button is half cut off.

Yea, if you don't pick a city then that saved game would crash because it doesn't have all the data for you.
I'll make a note of it and make sure that this can't happen.

This bug has been taken care of, and the fix will be included in 1.12
